The Introductction of Neotame :
Sweetener Neotame is a no-calorie sweetener, which is a derivative of the dipeptide composed of the amino acids, aspartic acid and phenylalanine. The components of neotame are joined together to form a uniquely sweet ingredient.
Sweetener Neotame is sweeter than other marketed no-calorie,sweeteners and is approximately 30-40 times sweeter than aspartame; 3,000-13,000 times sweeter than Saccharose. Insen Biotech Neotame will deliver comparable sweetness to sucrose in various natural Sweeteners such as Aspartame, Acesulfame K, Sucralose.
Neotame, chemical name: N - [N - (3,3-dimethylbutyl) - L- α- Aspartyl] - L-phenylalanine-1-methyl ester is a white crystalline powder containing about 4.5% water of crystallization, which is a functional sweetener. It has pure sweet taste and sweet concordance, very close to aspartame, without the bitter taste and metallic taste that other powerful sweeteners often bring. The sweetness is 7000~13000 times sweeter than sucrose and 30~60 times sweeter than Aspa. The energy value is almost zero. It can maintain stability under instantaneous high temperature conditions. In cake production, after being baked at 450 ℃, 85% of the new sweet still exists

2. With pure sweetness and good distribution of sweetness, it can be used as a strong sweetener for baking food. 3. Widely used in the production of food industry.
As a functional sweetener, neotame has no adverse effects on human health and has beneficial regulatory or promoting effects. As early as December 1998, the application for neotame as a low temperature food sweetener was filed in the United States. Approved for use in all food and beverages through the FDA Food Additives Review on July 9, 2002. The EU officially approved its application on January 12, 2010, with the designated code E961. Announcement No. 4 of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China in 2003 also officially approved Newsweet as a new food additive variety, suitable for various food production
