The Introductction of Fructose
ructose is a monosaccharide that is an isomer of glucose, with the chemical formula C6H12O6. It is abundant in free form in fruit juices and honey, and can also combine with glucose to form sucrose. Fructose syrup
Fructose syrup, also known as high fructose syrup, typically produced by enzymatic methods and containing 42% fructose. After further separation of glucose, a fructose syrup with a mass fraction of 90% was obtained. Mix 90% fructose syrup with an appropriate 42% fructose product to obtain a 55% fructose syrup.
crystal
This is a crystalline solid with a fructose content of over 95%. At the current level of technology, it can produce content of 98% or even more. The glucose content is only a few thousandths of the level.
