The Introductction of Imazalil (Enconazole)
Enconazole is a synthetic antifungal drug that belongs to the class of azepine compounds. Its chemical name is (2S,4R)-1-[(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazin-1-ylmethyl)-ethyl]-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazin-1-yl)ethanol.
Enconazole has broad-spectrum antifungal activity and is highly effective in the treatment of infections caused by a variety of fungi. It is mainly used for the treatment of various fungal infection conditions in humans, including Candida infections, ringworm of the skin, and vaginal fungal infections. The Application & Function of Imazalil (Enconazole)
Imazalil (Enconazole) is a systemic fungicide with a broad antimicrobial spectrum, effective against many fungal diseases attacking fruits, cereals, vegetables and ornamentals. Especially citrus, banana and other fruits can be sprayed and impregnated to control post-harvest rots, and it is highly effective against long helminths, fusarium, chitinospora, and brown rust disease of drupes, and it has high preventive effect against Penicillium strains resistant to carbendazim.
Dosage: For seed dressing, use 4~5g of active ingredient per 100kg of seed; for post-harvest fruits, treat with 2~4g of active ingredient per ton; for vegetables, treat with 5~30g of liquid containing active ingredient per 100L.
