The Introduction of  Flumequine:

Fluoroquinone is an antibacterial drug that is suitable for livestock and poultry, seawater, freshwater fish, shrimp and crabs. 10% fluoroquinoline soluble powder is an efficient and broad-spectrum antibacterial drug. Mechanism of action: Fluoroquinone achieves bactericidal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial nucleic acids and preventing bacterial DNA replication. Mainly used for bacterial respiratory diseases in livestock and poultry, such as Escherichia coli, dysentery, Salmonella, typhoid fever, avian cholera, and infectious rhinitis caused by Staphylococcus. Escherichia coli, monospora and arccoccal diseases in aquatic animals, and Aeromonas hydrophila have strong inhibitory effects.

The Application & Function of  Flumequine :

Product features

(1) Good effect, except for its bactericidal effect on general G+G - bacteria, it has a special effect on gastrointestinal and respiratory infections,

(2) Gram negative bacteria that are not prone to cross resistance are highly sensitive to this product and do not have cross resistance to oxytetracyclines, thiamphetamine, or erythromycin. They also have partial cross resistance to quinolones.

(3) The residue is small, pigs only need to stop taking medicine for 3 days, and chickens and fish only need to stop taking medicine for 2 days.

(4) Wide safety range, no adverse reactions, double the dosage without poisoning. The LD50 of flumequine orally administered to river eels for 96 hours is above 7.94 grams per kilogram. The LD50 of freshwater green shrimp soaked in fluoroquine is above 1000 mg/L. Experiments on mice have shown that their LD50 ranges from 500 milligrams to 1000 milligrams per kilogram. According to the general toxicity method and toxicity classification of new veterinary drugs by the Ministry of Agriculture, fluoroquine is considered low toxicity and safe for aquatic animals and livestock.

(5) When oral administration of fluoromethine is administered, 90% of the administered dose is absorbed by the intestine, and the blood concentration can reach its peak within 2-4 hours. Within 168 hours, 90% is excreted, about 55% is excreted through urine, and 35% is excreted through feces. After fluoromethine is absorbed into the body, the main metabolite is fluoromethine, which accounts for about 80% and hydroxylated metabolites are 10-20%.
