The Introduction of Enramycin Powder:
Enramycin is a peptide antibiotic produced by fermentation of Streptomyces fungicidicus, which combines unsaturated fatty acids with more than ten amino acids. The main components are enramycin A and B, which are used in their hydrochloride form. White or slightly yellowish white powder (the coarse product is a gray or grayish brown powder with a special odor). Decomposed at 234-238 ℃, easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, slightly soluble in water, methanol, ethanol,
Enramycin has strong activity against Gram positive bacteria, especially against harmful Clostridium in the intestine. After long-term use, it is not easy to develop drug resistance because it changes the bacterial community in the intestine, so the utilization of nutrients in feed is good, which can promote weight gain and improve feed conversion rate in pigs and chickens.
The Application & Function of Enramycin Powder :
The Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the added amount is 1-10mg/kg for 10 week old chickens and 2.5-20mg/kg for 4 month old pigs. Prohibited for laying hens, with a 7-day discontinuation period.
Advantages and Features Editing Broadcast
1) Adding a trace amount of enramycin to feed can have a good effect on promoting growth and significantly improving feed returns.
2) Enramycin can exhibit good antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Enramycin has a strong effect on Clostridium perfringens, which is the main cause of growth inhibition and necrotizing enteritis in pigs and chickens.
3) There is no cross resistance to enramycin.
4) Enramycin produces resistance very slowly, and Clostridium perfringens, which is resistant to enramycin, has not yet been isolated.
5) Because enramycin is not absorbed in the intestine, there is no need to worry about drug residue and there is no discontinuation period.
6) Enramycin exhibits stable performance in feed and remains active even during the processing of pellets.
7) Enramycin can reduce the occurrence of chicken waste.
8) Enramycin can inhibit ammonia producing microorganisms, thereby reducing the concentration of ammonia in the intestines and blood of pigs and chickens, thereby reducing the concentration of ammonia in livestock houses.
9) Enramycin can alleviate the clinical symptoms of coccidiosis, possibly due to its strong inhibitory effect on secondary infections of anaerobic bacteria.
