The Application & Function

 

Chloroquine phosphate, also known as N ',N '-diethyl-N4 -(7-chloro-4-quinolinyl)-1, 4-pentenediamine diphosphate, is used to treat chloroquine-sensitive malaria such as falciparum malaria and Vivax malaria. It can also be used to treat the treatment of parenteral amebiasis, as well as anti-rheumatism. 

According to the study, the drug was found to be effective at the cellular level in inhibiting the infection of the novel coronavirus 2019-nCoV that broke out in Wuhan.

Limited to falciparum malaria sensitive to this drug, vivax malaria and other malaria (resistant to this drug strains widely appeared at home and abroad), but also used in the treatment of enteral amebiasis, as well as anti-rheumatism.
