The Introductction of Amprolium Hydrochloride
Amprolium Hydrochloride is an acidic white powder that competitively inhibits the uptake of thiamine by coccidia, thereby inhibiting their development. Mainly used for the prevention and control of chicken coccidia, but prohibited for laying hens, and can also be used for minks, cattle, and sheep.

Traditional anti coccidiosis drugs. Good effect with minimal residue, but prohibited for laying hens.
[Purpose]
(1) Poultry amphotericin has the strongest effect on chicken tender and pile type Eimeria, but its effect on toxic, Brucella, giant, and slow Eimeria is slightly worse. Usually, the treatment concentration does not completely inhibit the production of follicles. Therefore, at home and abroad, it is often used in combination with acetamide benzyl ester, sulfaquinoxaline, etc. to enhance the efficacy.
The inhibitory effect of aminopropanol on the immunity of coccidia in the body is not significant.
120mg/L drinking water concentration can effectively prevent and treat turkey coccidiosis.
(2) Cattle and sheep's amphotericin against Eimeria calvis; Lamb Eimeria also has good preventive effects. For lamb coccidia, a daily dose of 55mg/kg can be used continuously for 14-19 days. For the prevention of coccidiosis in calves, a daily dose of 5mg/kg should be used continuously for 2l days, and a daily dose of 10mg/kg should be used continuously for 5 days for treatment.
The equispore coccidiosis of minks can be effectively prevented from oocyst discharge by using a 120mg/L drinking water concentration for 30 days.
