The Introductction of Avermectin
Avermectin is a class of hexadecameric macrolide compounds with insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal activities, produced by the fermentation of avermectin-producing Streptomyces avermitilis. Natural abamectin contains 8 components, mainly 4 namely A1a, A2a, B1a and B2a, whose total content is ≥ 80%; the corresponding 4 smaller proportion of congeners are A1b, A2b, B1b and B2b, whose total content is ≤ 20%. Commercially available avermectin pesticide is abamectin as the main insecticidal component (avermectinB1a + B1b, of which B1a is not less than 90% and B1b is not more than 5%), to the content of B1a to calibrate.
Avermectin is light yellow to white crystalline powder, odorless. m.p. 155-157℃, vapor pressure 2×10^-7Pa, relative density 1.16(21℃). solubility at 21℃: toluene 350g/L, aceton* 100g/L, isopropanol 70g/L, chloroform 25g/L, ethanol 20g/L, methanol 19.5g/L, cyclohexane 6g/L, The distribution coefficient is 9.9×10^3. It is stable under normal conditions and will not be hydrolyzed at pH 5-9.
Avermectin has gastric and thixotropic effects on mites and insects, and cannot kill eggs. The mechanism of action is different from general insecticides in that it interferes with neurophysiological activities and stimulates the release of γ-aminobutyric acid, which has an inhibitory effect on the nerve conduction of arthropods. Mite adults, worm and insect larvae show paralysis symptoms after contact with avermectin, do not move, do not feed, and die after 2 to 4 days.
Although avermectin has direct touching effect on predatory insects and parasitic natural enemies, it has little damage to beneficial insects because there is little residue on the plant surface. Avermectin is not moved by soil adsorption in the soil and is decomposed by microorganisms, so it has no cumulative effect in the environment and can be used as an integral part of integrated control. It is easy to prepare and can be used with a little mixing by pouring the preparation into water and is safe for crops.
The Application & Function of Avermectin
1,Avermectin pest control range
Avermectin can be used for the control of cabbage moth, leaf miner, leaf miner, cabbage moth, beet moth, soybean moth, golden moth, leaf miner, leaf roller, tobacco bud moth, tobacco moth, root knot nematode, aphid, mite (including apple red spider, hawthorn red spider, two-spotted leaf mite, citrus mite, rusty louse, pear wood louse, etc.).
2,Avermectin parasite control scope
(1) Pigs: It can control adult and larvae of nematodes such as pig roundworm, red pig roundworm, esophageal nematode, lung nematode, etc. It also has certain effect on mange mite and blood-sucking louse.
(2) Cattle: It can control the adults and larvae of the genus Oreochromis, hairy round nematode, blood spear nematode, esophageal nematode, lung nematode and placental reticulonematode, and it is also effective for lice, scabies mites, ticks and bull fly maggots.
(3) Sheep: It can control the parasites such as twisted blood spear nematode, Aohua nematode, hairy round nematode, ancient phase nematode, fine neck nematode, sheep chabot nematode, hairy head nematode and papillate round nematode, and it is also effective for the larvae of sheep nose fly maggot.
