The Introductction of Ethopabate
Ethopabate is mainly composed of methyl 4-acetamido-2-ethoxybenzoate. When mixed with other coccidiosis drugs, it can not only inhibit the chicken to excrete the infected egg sac of Eimeria maxima, block the synthesis of tetrahydrofolate in the aminobenzoic acid folic acid metabolic path and play an anti coccidiosis role, but also effectively delay the resistance.
Ethopabate, when used in combination with other drugs, can not only inhibit chickens from discharging infected giant Eimeria oocysts, block the synthesis of tetrahydrofolic acid in the metabolic path of p-aminobenzoic acid folic acid to play the role of anti coccidiosis, but also effectively delay drug resistance, with high efficiency, non-toxic, no mutagenic, no carcinogenic effects, and no accumulation in poultry.
Ethopabate is white or almost white powder; Tasteless or almost tasteless. Dissolve in methanol, ethanol and chloroform, slightly dissolve in ethe*, and very slightly dissolve in water.
The Application & Function of Ethopabate
Ethopabate has a strong effect on chicken giant, Eimeria brucei and other small intestinal coccidia, thus making up for the deficiency of the weak effect of aminopropanol on these coccidia, and the deficiency of the lack of activity of acetoxyphenyl methyl ester on Eimeria tenella. It is also compensated for the effective activity of aminopropaline, thus laying the foundation for this product not to be used alone but to be used in combination with aminopropaline.
