The Introductction of Diclazuril

Diclazuril belongs to triazine phenylacetonitrile platform. It is a new, highly effective (only 1 g of the compound is added per ton of feed) and low toxic (no poisoning is found when it is 50 times too much) anti coccidiosis drug, widely used in chicken coccidiosis.

The anti coccidiosis index of diclazuril against six main Eimeria species in chickens is more than 180, which is a highly effective anti coccidiosis drug. It also has the characteristics of low toxicity, broad spectrum, small dosage, wide safety range, no drug withdrawal period, no toxic side effects, no cross resistance, and is not affected by the feed granulation process.

Diclazuril can be added to the feed for a long time without stopping the drug before slaughter. (It will not affect the export of broilers); It will not affect the growth and development of livestock and poultry. Diclazuril has an excellent effect on chicken tenderness, heap type, toxicity, Brucella, Eimeria gigantea. After treatment, it can effectively control the occurrence and death of cecal coccidia, and even make all the oocysts of the sick chicken coccidia disappear. It has good effect on duck coccidia and rabbit coccidia.

Diclazuril is a light yellow or almost white powder, which is almost insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and ethe*, and soluble in N, N-2 methylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), tetrahydrofuran (THF). Melting point: 291-297 ℃.

The Application & Function of Diclazuril

(1) Poultry

Diclazuril has an excellent effect on chicken tenderness, heap type, toxicity, Brucella, and Eimeria gigantea. In addition to effectively controlling the occurrence and death of cecal coccidia, it can even make all the oocysts of the sick chicken coccidia disappear, which is an ideal coccidiocide.

Diclazuril is also highly effective against Eimeria pallidum. According to clinical trials, the control effect of diclazuril on coccidia is superior to other conventional anti coccidia drugs and monensin plasma carrier anti coccidia drugs.

There are also tests that diclazuride is still effective against Eimeria tenella resistant to fluoropurine (Arprinocid), chloropyridine, Changshan ketone, oxyphenylguanidine and monensin.

The feed concentration of dexamethasone lmg/kg can effectively control duck coccidiosis, which is even more effective than polyethe* antibiotics.

The feed concentration of dexamethasone lmg/kg can effectively control the infection of Eimeria glandular, Eimeria turkeys, Eimeria peafowl and Eimeria disperses in turkeys.

(2) The rabbits were fed lmg/kg of drug, which was highly effective against the liver coccidia and intestinal coccidia of rabbits.
