The Introduction of Mebendazole 99% Powder
Mebendazole is an organic compound with the chemical formula of C16H13N3O3. It is a broad-spectrum intestinal repellent, which has a significant effect on killing larvae and inhibiting the development of eggs. Both in vivo and in vitro tests have proved that it can directly inhibit the intake of glucose by nematodes, lead to glycogen depletion, reduce the formation of adenosine triphosphate in the worm, and make it unable to survive, but it does not affect the blood glucose level in the human body. Ultrastructural observation showed that the microtubules in the membrane cells and intestinal cytoplasm of the worm degenerated, causing the accumulation of secretory particles in Golgi body, resulting in transport blockage, dissolution and absorption of cytoplasm, complete degeneration of cells, and death of the worm.
