The Introductction of Diacereine :
Diacethane, C19H12O8, is an important inhibitor of IL-1 in osteoarthritis. Diacreine, also known as diacetyldihydroanthracene carboxylic acid, 1, 8-diacetyl-3-carboxyanthraquinone, daceridine, and ambitin, is a new interleukin (IL) -1 inhibitor, chemical name is diacetylrhein, belongs to the anthraquinone compound.
The Application & Function of Diacereine :
this product can induce chondrogenesis, has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects, and can also significantly improve the joint function of osteoarthritis patients. Delay the course of the disease, reduce pain, improve the quality of life of patients, with good safety, clinical mainly used in the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA) and play an antibacterial role.
It is the primary inhibitor of IL-1 in osteoarthritis. It has been confirmed by cell experiment and animal experiment that:
(1) this product can induce chondrogenesis, have analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects;
(2) do not inhibit prostaglandin synthesis;
(3) It can delay the disease process of osteoarthritis;
(4) Inhibit the production of metalloproteinases and peroxides such as collagenase and stromatolysin;
(5) Promote the synthesis of collagen and aminoglycan;
