The Application & Function
Diafenthiuron is a new thiourea insecticidal and acaricidal agent with high efficiency. It has the functions of touch, stomach poison, internal aspiration and fumigation, and has certain ovicidal effect. Low toxicity, but highly toxic to fish and bees. It is transformed into a substance with insecticidal activity under ultraviolet light, and has strong activity against pests that have developed serious resistance on vegetables. It can control aphids, whiteflies, leafhoppers, Noctidae pests and mites on a variety of crops and ornamental plants. It is mainly used with wettable powder mixed with liquid medicine spray to prevent and control vegetable diamondback moth, cabbage worm and cotton red spider. The effective ingredients are generally 20 ~ 30 grams per acre, and the effective period is 10 ~ 15 days. (Using more than the standard measurement of leafy vegetables will cause irregular leaf folds, and serious burning will occur)
