The Introductction of Ibuprofen 99%
Ibuprofen is an antipyretic and analgesic, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. This product has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase and reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins; It has antipyretic effect through hypothalamic thermoregulation center.
Used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea. It is also used for fever caused by common cold or influenza.
The Application & Function of Ibuprofen 99%
Loss on drying
Take this product and use phosphorus pentoxide as a desiccant, dry it under reduced pressure at 60 ℃ to constant weight, with a weight loss of no more than 0.5% (General Rule 0831).
Scorching residue
Shall not exceed 0.1% (General Rule 0841).
heavy metal
Take 1.0g of this product and dissolve it in 22mL of ethanol. Add 2mL of acetate buffer solution (pH 3.5) and an appropriate amount of water to form 25mL, and check according to the law (General Rule 0821, Method 1). The content of heavy metals should not exceed 10 parts per million.
