The Introductction of Emamectin Benzoate
Emamectin Benzoate (full name: methylamino avermectin benzoate), white or light yellow crystalline powder, soluble in aceton* and methanol, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in hexane. It is a new type of high-efficiency semi-synthetic antibiotic insecticide synthesized from the fermentation product abamectin B1, which has the characteristics of bio-pesticide such as super-efficient, low toxicity (preparation nearly non-toxic), low residue and pollution-free. It is widely used for the control of various pests on vegetables, fruit trees, cotton and other crops.
Emamectin Benzoate can enhance the action of neurotransmitters such as glutamate and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), thus allowing a large number of chloride ions to enter the nerve cells, causing loss of cell function and disrupting nerve conduction. The larvae stop feeding immediately after exposure, and irreversible paralysis occurs, reaching the highest lethality rate within 3-4 days. Because it is tightly bound to the soil, not leaching, and does not accumulate in the environment, it can be transferred through Translaminar movement, and is easily absorbed by the crop and penetrate into the epidermis, so that the applied crop has a long-term residual effect, and a second peak of insecticidal lethality occurs in more than 10 days, while it is rarely affected by environmental factors such as wind and rain.
Emamectin Benzoate has 3 orders of magnitude higher insecticidal activity compared with avermectin, and is highly active against larvae of Lepidoptera and many other pests, with both gastric and tactile effects, and has good effects at very low doses (0.084~2g/ha), and has no harm to beneficial insects in the process of pest control, which is conducive to the integrated control of pests, in addition to expanding the insecticidal spectrum and reducing toxicity to humans and animals. The toxicity to human and animal is reduced.
The Application & Function of Emamectin Benzoate
Use I: Emamectin Benzoate is the only new, high-efficiency, low-toxicity, safe, non-polluting and residue-free biological insecticide and acaricide that can replace five kinds of highly toxic pesticides in the world. It has the highest activity, wide insecticidal spectrum and no resistance. It has stomach poisoning and touch killing effects. Highest activity against mites, Lepidoptera and Sphingidae pests. If used on economic crops such as vegetables, tobacco, tea, cotton and fruit trees, it has unparalleled activity of other pesticides. Especially, it is super efficient against red belt moth, tobacco aphid moth, tobacco moth, cabbage moth, beet leaf moth, cotton bollworm, tobacco moth, dry land moth, streak moth, vegetable borer, kale borer, tomato moth, potato beetle and other pests.
Use 2: Emamectin Benzoate is widely used in the control of various pests on vegetables, fruit trees, cotton and other crops.
Use 3: Emamectin Benzoate is highly effective, broad-spectrum, safe and with long residual period. It is an excellent insecticide and acaricide with high activity against cotton ling bug and other lepidopteran pests, mites, sphingidae and coleopteran pests, and it is not easy for pests to develop resistance. It is safe for human and animal, and can be mixed with most pesticides.
