The Introductction of Nitrofurantoin
Nitrofurantoin is yellow crystalline powder, odorless, bitter taste, darkening when exposed to light, soluble in dimethylformamide, slightly soluble in aceton*, very slightly soluble in ethanol, almost insoluble in water or chloroform.
Nitrofurantoin is mainly used in organic synthesis, biochemical research, medicine.
