The Application & Function
Alprostadil injection can treat limb ulcers caused by chronic arterial occlusive disease and limb resting pain caused by microvascular circulation disorders, and improve cardiovascular and cerebrovascular microcirculation disorders. Antithrombotic therapy after organ transplantation is used to inhibit thrombus formation in the transplanted blood vessels. Patent ductus arteriosus in children with congenital heart disease is used to relieve hypoxemia and maintain catheter blood flow to wait for surgical treatment.
Alprostadil injection is an intravenous alprostadil (prostaglandin E1) preparation with lipid microspheres as the drug carrier.
