The Application & Function
Tobramycin is suitable for neonatal sepsis, septicemia, central nervous system infection (including meningitis), urinary and reproductive system infection, lung infection, biliary tract infection, abdominal infection (including penicillin G and methicillin-resistant strains) caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus (indole-positive and negative), Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia and staphylococcus (including penicillin G and methicillin-resistant strains).
