The Introductction of Ethacridine Lactate :
Esacridine lactate is an alkaline acridine dye, which is the most effective preservative among dyes. Before the bases were dissociated into cations, they had no antibacterial activity. When the product was dissociated from esacridine and had positive charge on its basic nitrogen group, it showed the greatest antibacterial effect on gram-positive bacteria and had strong Chemicalbook effect on all kinds of purulent bacteria. The antibacterial activity depends on the pH value of the solution and the dissociation constant of the drug. The skin and mucous membrane wound infection was treated by using 0.1% ~ 0.3% water solution to wash or wet compress with dipping gauze.
