Dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DSP), chemical name 16a-methyl-11 β, 17a, 21-trihydroxy-9a-fluoroprogesterone-1,4-diene-3,20-dione-21-phosphate disodium salt belongs to adrenocortical hormone drugs, which can stabilize lysosomal membrane and reduce the release of hydrolase in lysosome; Inhibit the production of inflammatory substances bradykinin, serotonin and prostaglandin, increase the stability of mast cell granules and reduce the release of histamine; Constrict blood vessels, inhibit the migration of leukocytes and macrophages outside blood vessels, so as to have anti-inflammatory effect.
