The Introductction of Roxithromycin
Roxithromycin is a new generation of macrolide antibiotics, mainly acting on Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, Chlamydia and Mycoplasma. Its in vitro antibacterial effect is similar to that of erythromycin, and its in vivo antibacterial effect is 1~4 times stronger than that of erythromycin.
Roxithromycin tablets are indicated for sinusitis, otitis media, acute bronchitis, acute attacks of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae or Chlamydia pneumoniae, caused by Streptococcus pyogenes and tonsillitis sensitive bacteria.
Roxithromycin is the most commonly used broad-spectrum highly effective anti-inflammatory drug, a member of the family of broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs; generic names include Roxithromycin capsules, Roxithromycin enteric-coated tablets, Roxithromycin dispersible tablets, Roxithromycin dry mix suspension, etc. It is commonly used in pharyngitis and tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes, and various inflammatory diseases caused by sensitive bacteria.

1. Roxithromycin is suitable for the treatment of pharyngitis and tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes.
