The Application & Function of Procaine Hcl:
For infiltration anesthesia, the solution concentration is 0.25%-0.5%, the dosage is 0.05-0.25 g per time, and the dosage should not exceed 1.5 g per hour. Used as lumbar anesthesia, one dose should not exceed 0.15 g, with 5% solution. For local intravenous anesthesia of extremities, 40 ~ 150ml 0.5% solution. For nerve block, use 1% to 2% solution, not more than 1g at a time.
