Tocopheryl acetate 50% is also known as vitamin E acetate 50%. It's microencapsulated powders are small, round particles consisting of a core made of vitamin E acetate and a wall made of gum arabic, modified starch and sucrose.

Applications:
D-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate is the main raw material for various VE health food products, and can be used as an intermediate for the synthesis of water-soluble Vitamin E. Although the antioxidant property of free VE is significantly higher than that of VE ester derivatives, the VE property of food or health food products with added VE ester is not impaired because VE ester is very easily hydrolyzed to the corresponding free VE by lipase catalyzed hydrolysis, and VE ester derivatives are used in a series of industries such as food additives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, animal feeds, and nutrient fortification agents.
