Diclofenac potassium is a novel non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Its mechanism is mainly to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. When the joint, muscle sprain, tooth extraction and surgery, can cause aseptic inflammation, tissue edema and pain, with the production of inflammation, the synthesis and release of the injured local prostaglandin increase. Potassium diclofenac can reduce the synthesis and release of prostaglandins in the injured area, and play an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role.
Function:
It is used to relieve joint swelling and pain symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylojoint disease, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other arthritis.
