The Introductction of Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate

Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate is a third-generation macrolide drug, which is based on tylosin as raw material, through acetylation, isovalerylation and alcoholysis reaction to synthesize acetylisovaleryltylosin, i.e. tylosin, which is commonly used clinically as its tartrate salt; it solves the two problems of resistance of bacteria and mycoplasma to tylosin and low blood concentration. It has high potency, low toxicity and low residual, and is a better antibiotic for treating respiratory and digestive tract infections.

Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate can inhibit the replication of blue ear virus in alveolar macrophages, kill mycoplasma, control secondary lung infections caused by swine flu, mycoplasma septicum, mycoplasma synoviae, air sac inflammation, synovitis, etc.. It is the only drug on the market now that can really reach the bronchial cavity and kill mycoplasma. Its antibacterial potency is 5-10 times that of tylosin and 2-5 times that of tilmicosin. It is used for the prevention and control of mycoplasma infection, blue ear disease, wheezing disease, proliferative enteritis, infectious pleuropneumonia and streptococcal disease in pigs; non-embryotoxic to gestating sows. 1,Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate can be used for the purification of blue ear disease in pigs at all stages.
2,Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate can control the vertical transmission of pathogen, from the day of weaning of sows, at a dose of 1-2kg/ton feed for 4 days; or 10 days before feeding of sows to the day of weaning, at a dose of 1kg for 10 days.
3,Acetylisovaleryltylosin Tartrate for red diarrhea and hyperplastic ileitis, Tevanomycin + Demetronazole, with better effect.
