The Introductction of Nystatin :
Nystatin is a common bactericidal drug that has a very good effect on killing bacteria. Nystatin is a polyene antifungal antibiotic that contains nystatin A1, A3 and polymycin B. Mainly used for the treatment of skin and mucous membrane candidiasis, but also for oral, vaginal, eye, ear and other Candida infections, such as fungal paronychia, vaginitis, stomatitis. It should be noted that if the gastrointestinal tract is not absorbed after oral administration, the plasma concentration is extremely low after the usual oral dose, and it has no therapeutic effect on systemic fungal infection.
