The Introductction of Doxycycline hyclate
Doxycycline hyclate is also sometimes referred to as doxycycline hydrochloride or doxycycline HCl.
Doxycycline hydrochloride is a semi-synthetic tetracycline antibiotic that penetrates cell membranes and binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit, interfering with tRNA/mRNA interactions and ultimately inhibiting protein synthesis.
Doxycycline hydrochloride is a light yellow to yellow crystalline powder; odorless. It is soluble in water or methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol or acetone.
Doxycycline hydrochloride acts as a broad-spectrum antibiotic and bacteriostatic agent. The antibiotic is very resistant mainly to bacteria causing respiratory tract infections including Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.
In addition, Doxycycline Hydrochloride treats infections caused by Chlamydia, Rickettsia and certain spirochetes and has anti-protozoal and anthelmintic properties.

Doxycycline hydrochloride is mainly used for the treatment of infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract and biliary tract caused by sensitive bacteria.
Doxycycline hydrochloride can be used for upper respiratory tract infections caused by Gram-positive agents, tonsillitis, biliary tract infections, lymphadenitis, cellulitis, chronic bronchitis in the elderly.
Doxycycline hydrochloride can also be used for typhus, mycoplasma pneumonia, scrub typhus treatment antibacterial effect is relatively strong, after oral absorption is relatively fast, can be maximum effect in about three hours, and has a certain cough expectorant effect and asthma.
