Lincomycin is a forest acamide antibiotic produced by Lin Ca, acting on the sensitive bacteria rhythm body, by bonding to the center ring of 50s subunit 23SRRNA gene, preventing the peptide chain from being extended, thereby inhibiting protein synthesis of bacterial cells. |
The Application & Function of Lincomycin :
Lincomycin is an aminoglycoside antibacterial drug, which mainly inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by acting on ribosomes in bacteria, thereby controlling bacteria. Oral preparations are poorly absorbed, so this injectable preparation is used clinically. It can be used to treat a variety of bacterial infectious diseases, including tuberculosis caused by tuberculosis infection, which is the most commonly used indication for streptomycin, and plague caused by Yersinia pestis infection. In addition, streptomycin can be used to treat brucellosis caused by Brucella infection, and it can also be used to treat some endocarditis caused by streptococcus viridans or enterococcus at other times.
