The introduction of Lactate enrofloxacin
Enrofloxacin lactate is A fluoroquinolone used for veterinary medicine. It has A broad spectrum of bactericidal action, which is effective for both stationary and growing bacteria. The mechanism of action lies in antagonizing bacterial DNA rotase A subunit, thus blocking the replication of bacterial DNA and showing rapid bactericidal effect. This product is the lactate of enrofloxacin, its water solubility is obviously better than enrofloxacin hydrochloride, oral absorption is fast, wide distribution in the body, has a strong killing effect on Gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria also has a good antibacterial effect.
Application of Lactate enrofloxacin
