2. Preparation of sodium copper chlorophyll

The chlorophyll pulp was placed in the saponification pot, adding 5% ~ 10% sodium hydroxide ethanol solution, stirring, and reacting at 60℃ for 30 ~ 60min. After cooling, the lower layer of water-soluble sodium chlorophyll solution was taken, and the saponification liquid was extracted three times with three times of 120# gasoline. Filter and wash with distilled water, 40% ~ 50% ethanol and 120# gasoline 4 times each, drain; The cake was dissolved with 5% sodium hydroxide ethanol solution, and the PH value was adjusted to 11, filtered, the filtrate was vacuum dried at 60℃, and the finished product was sifted by ball milling (0.16mm).
